Return Policy
Greetings, fellow treasure shopper! We at Once Upon a Time in Seattle hope you're enjoying your new purchase! But, if for some reason you're not, no worries! We're happy to accept returns within 15 days of purchase, for a full refund.
To return an item, simply contact our customer service team at OUATISLLC@GMAIL.COM to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have an RA number, package the item securely and ship it back to us.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and/or packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or stained (beyond the condition they were sent in originally) will not be accepted for return.
- Items that have been altered or customized will not be accepted for return.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
- Items that are not as described on the website may be returned for a full refund.
We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your item. So, go ahead and shop with confidence, knowing that we've got your back! :)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
